I am a motivated and reliable 17-year-old looking for part-time work, I'm available at the weekends and during college holidays. I am enthusiastic about gaining experience in a workplace environment. I have good communication skills, enjoy working with others, and will provide good customer service.

I have just left school and currently go to Runshaw College where I am taking A levels in sociology, psychology and politics. I would love to be able to have a part time job at the weekends as I am keen to get work experience and develop my skills.

Work experience placement - GPS food group - London

(2024 - 2024)

In year 10 (2024) I completed a five day work experience placement at GPS food group in London which involved learning and helping in several departments of the business including shipping and logistics, technical and food safety, I.T. and sales and trading, this helped me develop team work, problem solving skills and good communication.

Completed the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh's award, demonstrating commitment, teamwork and resilience

Volunteer - Voluntary work

Undertaken regular voluntary work including local litter picking, assisting customers with packing shopping at a local supermarket and walking a neighbor's dog to provide support with daily tasks

Participant - Outdoor expedition

Participated in a weekend camping expedition, developing problem solving, teamwork and independence in an outdoor environment.

Student activities participant - Runshaw College In school I also took part in a range of activities such as Game On, fundraisers and helping with school events. Currently at college I take part in the debate club, this helps with my communication skills and would really help me work in retail sales and achieve aspirations for the future and working with others
