Amelia Mullen

I am a 21-year-old who is confident, enthusiastic and hard-working. I am keen to get stuck into anything and everything and am looking to put all I have into my work.

While studying at university I have worked as a personal assistant at a school to a Director of art and Housemaster.

My day to day job included: Worked alongside tutors and teachers create plans for 14–18-year-olds to benefit both their education and well-being.

• Facilitated clear and timely communication between parents and businesses demonstrating strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Organised schedules, appointments and meetings ensuring seamless coordination.
• Provided comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, travel arrangements, and expense management, contributing to a streamlined workflow.
• Maintained a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, reinforcing trust and professionalism in all interactions.
• Worked closely with students to provide a safe place to open up and providing them with advice and help to complete tasks or issues.

I am currently in my last year at the university of Portsmouth on track to get a 2.1 in early childhood studies with psychology.
