I am an active volunteer and former full-time team member at Popeyes, and I always try and find new ways of volunteering to boost my skills in different areas of work; I try to build my confidence around working with others and having a connection with costumers. I acknowledge different backgrounds and common grounds some people have so I try my best to recommend suitable products for people.
I was a team member at Popeyes, Oxford. I was hired for the role in December 2022. It was my first job so there were things I misunderstood or undermined, however got a memorable connection with colleagues which helped me with my current knowledge of what makes a good team member.
I have 6 GCSE grades at grade 4 and above including Maths and English. I am currently studying A-Level English Literature and AS-Level Government & Politics, so I always try to understand contractual obligations and my working rights.
