Ammar Daji

Highly valued and experienced in using Erostering systems with more than 5yrs experience working for the NHS and worked in two hospitals. I started my career in Erostering working for Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust in 2015 and currently working at Barnsley Hospital since 2017. My team and myself have won several awards and been nominated nearly every year for the hardwork and dedication shown.

I have been a senior member of staff at Barnsley Hospital since I started and I am the deputy manager for the Erostering team. I have vast experience using EOL, Healthroster, NHSP, ESR, Safecare and working with Allocate systems including dealing with the software company.

This opportunity sits directly in my experience and line of work and I am enthusiastic about this opportunity at this stage in my career.

I have worked in HR Administration primarily and in customer service roles. As my career has progressed I have been working in hospitals for the NHS for more than 5yrs and I can confidently say that I am a highly valued and experienced in usng Erostering systems. I have vast experience of using Healthroster system as manager of the system, administrator of the system, configuring the system and vast experience of influencing and giving training on the system to encourage all managers and relevant staff to use the system competently.

My most relevant education is graduating at university in Leeds and having a degree in Business Marketing. Since my graduation and in my professional career I have completed various courses to support my professional career.
