I have over two years experience in different customer service roles, including time working for the reputable companies, Santander and the NHS. My main skills are in communication, problem solving and data analysing. I am passionate about helping people and I would like to find a job which allows me to do this, working for a company which makes people lives easier and improves quality of life.
I worked in the fraud sector of Santander, where I had to be vigilant in processing payments and verifying customers identity. We had a responsibility to keep the bank safe, and to keep our customers away from fraud and scams known as KYC (know your customer). This involved 'breaking the spell', where customers who were clearly being a victim of scam had to be convinced of this by the call handler.
We used many different processes during this role, to be able to view transactions, complete ID&V, issue new credentials, all playing a part in the job role
