1 am highly motivated and detail-oriented food innovation masters student with a passion for creating high-quality products. Through my coursework, I have developed a strong skill set in areas such as hazard analysis and critical control points (haccp), new product development (nd), food management systems, and good manufacturing practices (gmp).
As a result, I have gained competencies in various areas including but not limited to process monitoring, finished product testing and sampling, analysis of raw materials and packaging, identification and management of critical control points (ccs), and other related skills. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to the food industry.
