I used to have work experience at a high-end boutique for the elderly in Cardiff (Dot clothing). I have experience in arranging sales to suit each season and promoting sales in each sale. Based on daily skills, learning and working in environments that require high artistry and a sharp look at products (colours, materials, textures, etc.).
I catch up with trends very quickly and understand the psychology of customer needs. I give useful advice to customers not only to drive sales but also to create a lasting connection between the customer and the consumer product. I am acutely aware that customer services is key the fashion and retail industry.
