Currently running a seasonal venue offering catering, facilities and gifts (7 years).
Fully conversant/certified with all legal requirements. Food, health, fire, coshh etc., banking, stock, HR.
Looking to fill out of season time with fulfilling, challenging work.
Mostly worked in retail, but last 7 years have been spent working/running a small seasonal outlet, with all the relevant experiences required.
In the past I have also run creative workshops, managed an art gallery, and trained novice motorcyclists.
All expected general o levels- language, maths etc.
