Delivering inventory focussed improvements and target SS, linked to the company S&OP cycle. Strategic supplier management (capacity/performance/responsiveness, OTIF). ACHIEVEMENTS
- Improved service KPI to achieve highest ever results of the past 3 years (from 78% to 97%)
- Reduce backlog of overdue invoices to suppliers from 2.5M USD to less 250K USD avoiding stop ships
- Provided further visibility for the risk and capacity to the business and to the factory by extending the planning horizon
- Improved RCCP tool to capture better image of backlog productions, launch volume on making vessels and capacity gaps.
