I have a proven track record of delivering customer success, business growth, and strategic innovation for start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, and enterprises.

I have designed and implemented commercial operations (sales, channel, customer success) from scratch, developed and embedded best practices, frameworks, processes, tools and guidance to grow revenue streams and retain customers. Likewise, I advised execs on scaling business, as well as led and mentored global cross-functional teams. Furthermore, I continue to provide bespoke services and expert advice to various verticals (financial investment firms, tech, SaaS, and consultancy companies).
