My responsibilities were training the team and keeping track of this in a training Matrix.
Regularly consulting with Stock management to identify areas for cross training.
I was responsible for one-on-one training followed by performance monitoring.
I signed off colleagues for SOPs and Risck Assessments.
I implemented new methodologie in the workplace environment and updating the SOPs accordingly.
I identified and reported Safety Observations and Near Misses and covered Team Leaders in their absence.
While converting Team Leader duties my responsibilities included tracking performance, and interacting with other management colleagues.
I was often tasked with managing Stock projects, ensuring that deadlines were met and highest standards were maintained.
During my time on Stock I was also involved in the following: investigation meeting, back to work form, CCTV investigation, etc.
