Carer for family I was funded by the UK government I worked from January 22 to current.
I was employed by Sainsburys as a team leader and this included a diverse range of responsibilities from security, to stocking shelves, work flow and staffing levels ensuring stock was received and health and safety and safeguarding. this was from December 2009 to January 20222.
BT contact centre in newcastle this was mainly customer service and I assisted customers via telephone and electronic means to resolve their query. This was from 1999 until April 2006.
Achieved my SIA qualification November 2024.
