During my time at Subway I took on a variety of tasks on a daily basis. I was able to gain knowledge of food hygiene expectations, as well as preparing and serving fresh food to many customers. I was also trained on cash handling skills, and was able to build up my customer service skills, which I have been commended for previously.

Over the years I have worked across many great direct sales companies, which has enabled me to grow my professional identity, as well as develop a range of lifelong skills. I have worked both door-to-door and telephone sales, where I have had the role of pitching new products to customers, sharing my product knowledge and dealing with any customer related issues. I took pride in having great knowledge of products that I was selling, which enabled me to work with closer detail and inevitably make successful sales for the company.

Door-to-door sales helped me to build upon my customer relations, allowing me to build great, trusting relationships with customers and creating a good reputation for my employers. My positive customer service skills allowed my employers to gain loyal, returning customers who valued the company.
