A 2018 graduate with a BA in Animation. I have been working as a call centre advisor for 4 years now. I am looking to develop new skills and move into a field where I can rise to new challenges.
dealing with customer queries, meeting KPI‘s, resolving complaints, troubleshooting excel trackers for performance and meeting sales targets. updating my department on software updates and helping colleagues struggling with system issues when placing client/customer orders.
Most recently i have have achieved and BA in Animation graduating in 2018.
