I have worked in IT support for around 30 years. Server support for almost 20 of those. I have experience with the majority of MS cloud platforms including Azure , Entra , Intune , Defender , 365 , exchange and sharepoint. I have lots of experience in Break fix and server builds and deployments . I've completed many server migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime. I excel at finding solutions and planning updates / Upgrades and security for company systems.

IT Engineer at Orion Group (2023-01 – Present)

IT & server support. Included is the updating and security for all supported servers. Keeping it all up to date for CE+ compliance. This includes rolling out new hardware and building of new servers when required (VM and physical).

I also upkeep and tune the Monitoring system for our servers and networks. General day-to-day helpdesk duties include taking calls and dealing with the users with our helpdesk /RMM solution. Azure, Intune, Entra and other platforms all used to control the devices and policies.

I also do group policy building and application across the environment.

Systems Engineer at Converged Communications (2016-11 – 2023-01)

2nd Line server support. This includes the maintenance and upkeep of all supported servers. Im also responsible for planning and deployment of migration and upgrade projects. Other duties include the 1st Line support for customer support enquiries and issues.
