I am looking to broaden my horizons within the Private care Sector and to gain new experiences. I'm not necessarily looking for the care side of it maybe in a care home within the office base however I'm happy to do hands on when required to support whoever may I be working with also sometimes willing to pick up over time. I do have dyslexia however this is never affected me within my job maybe a little bit more learning required on certain subject or issues.

Team Leader at Leonard & Cheshire Disability (Valorumcare took over August 1st 2019) (2010-04 – Present)
My duties include assisting disabled adults with day to day living. This is a person cantered role and whilst assisting the client I also encourage them to be as independent as possible at all times. As a team Leader I run 12 hour shifts with up to nine staff and work under the manager. I work well as part of a team and I work well alone as well. I'm good at using a computer.

Duties included personal care, feeding, bathing, and recording daily records, following care plans, preparing staff hand overs. Preparing and serving meals. I provided one to one support and got clients involved in activities. Following company procedures and policies at all times.
