I am a very motivated, confident, and out-going person with good sense of humour. I consider myself to be approachable and have good interpersonal skills. On a personal side, my spare and down-time is split between my two biggest passions. First being my family. I like to spend as much time as I can with my wife, son, and extended family, making the most of the time we have together doing fun activities. The second is music. I have an extensive vinyl collection, I sing, and play guitar, some bass, piano and drums. I enjoy playing gigs within a covers band and I also do solo gigs too. I also love recording music with friends. I also enjoy keeping fit, walks, swimming, and the gym and I am a bit of a movie enthusiast.
I have extensive experience in advanced Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects as reporting tools. I also have experience of working with VBA, iTrent, Kallidus, Taleo and various other SAP and Oracle products. I specialise in Data Analytics and Management information; I have done this for multiple clients across leading global organisations. I have 16 years’ experience in analytical roles, producing and creating complex reports and dashboards within agreed SLA’s.
To ensure I am meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders, I like to discuss the specific data needs to ensure I’m providing exactly what is needed first time. I am used to working with large data extracts from multiple sources, performing checks, cleansing, analysing, and gathering insights. I work well under pressure and in fast paced environments, producing management information on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual level. I am used to producing and providing various reports, insights, dashboards and board-packs for high level management, directors, and various teams within the business.
