DWF is one of the top ten Law Firms in Manchester, I am currently responsible for a client ledger of 1450 invoices, on a daily basis I work with solicitors and clients where I have problem-solving meetings for billing errors and to enhance our customer service relationship. I have worked with big Clients like Amlin and QBE and have led Client Visits and Meetings with FE's to reduce Aged Debt. I have been assigned previously Divisional debt and have been able to reduce debt for Companies in run off like Kier, Southway Housing and Fusion.

I now have about 30 Clients and I am working on reducing aged debt, I work hand in hand with Fee Earners arranging payment plans keeping the Customer but reducing the aged debt in an affordable way for the Client. I have also helped Para Legals to understand Client Funds and how to obtain funds for Disbursements to be paid. I have been recognised by two Partners Carl Graham and Jewels Chamberlain for reducing Aged Debt and suggesting new ways of working on Protector/XS Direct and Esure.

• To be responsible for contacting customers by telephone, email, fax or letter in order to obtain payment of debts, and to update the AS400 diary system as necessary.
