I’m a passionate and driven Human Resources professional, currently pursuing my MSc in Human Resource Management. I’m deeply interested in how people, culture, and strategies align to create workplaces where individuals can thrive and organizations can grow. I am passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences through effective talent development, engagement initiatives, and improved people practices.

My strengths lie in communication, collaboration, recruitment, HR and problem-solving. I take pride in being adaptable and open to continuous learning, always striving to contribute to both individual and organizational growth.

During my tenure in Abu Dhabi, I worked as an HR Executive at Popular Oilfield Services and Micoda Process System International, where I gained comprehensive exposure to HR operations across multicultural teams. I successfully implemented end-to-end recruitment processes for over 50 positions, achieving a 20% reduction in time-to-fill. My contributions in employee engagement—such as organizing team-building activities and feedback surveys—led to measurable increases in employee satisfaction and retention.

I also played a key role in developing and managing performance management systems, which enhanced productivity by 20% and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, where I am developing advanced expertise in strategic HR, organizational behavior, and people analytics. I completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, India, which provided a strong foundation in management principles, leadership, and business strategy. Together, these academic experiences equip me with the knowledge and skills to excel in modern HR and organizational development roles.
