I’m a passionate and driven Human Resources professional, currently pursuing my MSc in Human Resource Management. During my tenure in Abu Dhabi, I worked as an HR Executive at Popular Oilfield Services and Micoda Process System International, where I gained comprehensive exposure to HR operations across multicultural teams. I successfully implemented end-to-end recruitment processes for over 50 positions, achieving a 20% reduction in time-to-fill. My contributions in employee engagement—such as organizing team-building activities and feedback surveys—led to measurable increases in employee satisfaction and retention.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, where I am developing advanced expertise in strategic HR, organizational behavior, and people analytics.
