• Creation, enhancement, and adoption of common approaches to software development, and the innovation of standard tools, solutions, and approaches, specifically for the Microsoft technology stack (MS Dynamics CRM 365) that forms the Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) for Wakefield Council
• Delivered Higher Business Analyst services to the NHS DigiTrials team in the support of data services for clinical trials that reduced time/effort/cost of the development of new drugs, treatments and services that benefited patients, the public and NHS. Particularly critical in the ongoing clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccines/treatments.
