I have a strong background in in retail, ecommerce, finance, logistics and supply chain, in system integration, in data, and in business intelligence and data warehousing. I have strong background in data and process mapping and software delivery and implementation.

I have a broad experience of IT and business process change, working in collaborative cross-functional teams to deliver agreed goals to project deadlines. I ensure traceability back to business requirements, so these can be demonstrated to the business through recognised business analysis techniques.

I have experience of Agile working and waterfall projects. I work well in either, quickly adopting existing ways of working and sharing and coaching in approaches I have successfully used before.
