I am a motivated and approachable person with Level 7 qualifications in Management and experience working as a Team Leader. Through my leadership role, I developed strong communication, organisation, and problem -solving skills, as well as the ability to support and motivate people from different backgrounds. My work and life experience taught me how to be patient, resolve challenges calmly, and work collaboratively with others.
I believe these skills transfer well to supporting students and working effectively with Tutors and staff. Although I am new to the education sector, I am eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where everyone can flourish and develop.
