Hello, I'm Anna Hermans, a dedicated professional driven by a deep passion for fostering diversity, inclusion, and positive societal change. My journey has been shaped by a strong foundation in psychology, research, and public policy. I hold an MSC in Public Policy from University College London and a BA in Psychology from the University of the State Sao Paulo, where I specialized in Clinical and Social Psychology with a focus on gender and sexuality studies.

DEVELOPMENT

Title: Research Fellow

• Spearheaded three different research projects: 1. Public Policies for the LGBTQI+ Population: Institutional Practices in Public University of Sao Paulo, 2. Critical Education in Brazilian Schools and 3. The Patriarchal Origins of Biphobia.
• Managed a large body of data, analysing over 150 academic papers and applying grounded theory and Birdin's methodology to evaluate academic publications on the subjects.
• Conducted over 20 semi-structured interviews with a diverse set of individuals and organised the collective database.
