I am an integrative counsellor with a degree in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as a registered member of BACP (402672). I use a combination of different modalities, including Person-Centered and CBT. I have experience working with diverse clients of various ages, offering face-to-face, online, and phone counselling. I counsel in English and Polish.

I have experience working with diverse clients of various ages, offering face-to-face, online, and phone counselling in Polish and English. ​ I support young people in schools by providing face-to-face counselling through Embrace, and I also work with adults in my private practice. My approach is integrative, which means I use different techniques and tools depending on client's needs. I offer each person a tailored approach so that they are best supported to achieve their goals.
