Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing & controlling, the Fitness Centre, Spa centreand Leisure facilities, and managing a team of four managers (operation, sales, and facilities) and 26 employees.
• Managing purchase orders, ITI, Procure Wizard, invoice approvals, and SOWs reconciliation, as well as managing the finance reporting/trackers both for a fee and out-of-pocket costs.
• An overall departmental profit increase of over 40% compared to the previous year, considerably exceeding budget.
• Reporting directly to the regional director, overseeing all operational matters, KPIs, CAPEX & Budget, Payroll, Profit analysis, Revenue Analysis, and /P&L targets.
• Growing existing business contacts in Central London and successfully setting up 20 new large corporate accounts, within a saturated market.
• Developing a marketing plan and Social Networking awareness increasing local market revenue by 20% and retail sales by 15%.
