- Day to day line management of the Recruitment Administrators, ensuring all had a clear understanding of their role. As part of my role, I was required to provide training or upskilling where required and ensure that I allocated work, monitored performance and provided feedback.
- Managed day to day recruitment queries and the recruitment inbox, escalating any issues to the Group Resourcing and Talent Manager as required

- Worked with 'Reach' ATS provider to create reports to track data relating to candidate journey from attraction to offer of employment, using the diversity and inclusion data available. In addition, monitored and provided regular management information data regarding key recruitment metrics such as methods of recruitment, costs of recruitment and recruitment agency use.
