Lucy Wells

I’ve been a recruitment coordinator for five years. My passion is to help create a positive candidate experience and to help educate hiring teams. I enjoy looking at process improvement and being a part of the candidate journey, providing a calming and positive influence on what can be a daunting experience. I am looking for a company who’s culture emphasises on being authentic, driven and open and honest, as I feel this is the environment where I thrive the most.

I have been in recruitment for 5 years, during these time I’ve taken on a range of responsibilities within the teams I’ve been in. I enjoy the coordination aspect of the role as well as speaking with hiring teams and candidates alike to help create a positive and smooth experience. I have experience in sourcing, early careers recruitment, process improvement and interviews.

I have a 1st class Bachelors degree in Sports Studies, obtained at Solent University in 2015.
