Strategic thinking, business driven and highly effective IT leader with 20+ years of experience in design, implementation and delivery of complex transformation projects and service models with a high degree of outsourcing in India, Malaysia and EU. I have significant experience in managing delivery of SAP solutions, including: SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, SAP HR, SAP Ariba, SAP BW/BPC NetWeaver, SAP BO, SAP Concur, ResourceLink, MyPay. Have successfully managed service and project delivery in media, oil and gas, transport, energy and financial industries.

For the last 8 years I have been leading BBC Corporate Systems Operations, application and infrastructure management service across SAP and non-SAP business critical applications in Finance, HR, Talent and Procurement, responsible for the application management outsource service (£100m+ contract with 70+ people in India and Philippines) and delivery of a robust and resilient service to enable critical business operations within the BBC. I work collaboratively with the stakeholders at all levels including stakeholders at C-level, process owners and third party providers to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities and enable BBC businesses.
