I am currently a full-time student at Liverpool hope university. I am looking to step into a roll that will allow me to be flexible and create a balance between earning and studying. I have a strong background in both catering and volunteer based activities with children.
From 2023 til 2025 I played in the local league for Halifax table tennis. Throughout my education I always was able to balance sport, working and my education alongside social activities with friends. These sports included netball, rounders, hockey and cross country.
Waitress at Origanos pizza and grill (2023-04 – 2023-11)
My role included organising customers' orders both online and in restaurant in a very fast paced environment. I also was required to collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen workers to ensure the appropriate expectations were met. This included relaying dietary requirements alongside providing my recommendations on site to ensure customer safety.
This was all balanced with upselling and handling both cash and card transaction both over the phone and in person. I maintained cleanliness of both the kitchen and the restaurant floor at both opening and closing shifts.

Team member at Butlins Burger king (2026-06 – 2026-09)
My role included both kitchen and front counter work. This ranged from directly dealing with customers to alternating to prep when it was busy, on both opening and closing shifts depending on the week. With Butlins being a family holiday destination, and an adult weekender destination, the rushes changed depending on the guests we had on site. This meant late nights but also early mornings. I was also required to maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Unit helper at Girlguiding (2025-01 – 2025-09)
I worked with children aged 4 through to ages 14, with them being split into specific age groups. This allowed me to follow a passion of mine whilst also further strengthening my confidence with children. I was required to attend trips such as farm visits with a small group of children being under my supervision. Organisation and safety management were the key factors in this role as I was tasked with diverse groups and had to communicate to them how to stay safe whilst encouraging enjoyment.
Helper at Angels st Michaels (2021-09 – 2025-09)
This was helping with children once a week from ages 0-4. I was tasked with making beverages for the adults and then deciding and preparing a 'snack' for the children. As it was only 1 morning a week we had to set up and take down all the toys supplied for the children. This aided my time management as we had to be all finished by a very specific hour.
Member and volunteer at Friends of shelf hall park (2022-09 – 2024-09)
This was aiding in fundraising events to support the upkeep of the park as well as volunteering frequently to do activities such as litter picks and general gardening. This required early morning starts and physical fitness was necessary for this role.
