I am very hard working and will to work the best of my ability when in a workplace. I am very determined to get a job done when it needs to be. I have experience in customer service skills face to face and via telephone. I work well in a team but also individually. I also have experience in answering phone calls, emails and making appointments and protecting data. Working in customer service means dealing with challenging and difficult situations which I handle in a good manner.
