I am currently coming to the end of my Masters degree in International Commercial Law. I am passionate about and fascinated by the law and its nuances. With my academic background originating from a critical law school, I am well trained to examine the origins and reasonings for the law and apply analysis of current and prospective legislation and its effects.
In addition to an interest in Intellectual Property law, my academic interests lie mainly in privacy and data protection law. After achieving a distinction mark in my undergraduate dissertation on Why Privacy Matters, I have further written critical papers on theories of consent and limitation in existing privacy law and how these could potentially be improved.
