I'm Arshaa, I'm 21-years-old and am graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Real Estate and Property Management. In addition to my degree, I have earned a Certificate in Propertymark Qualifications - Level 3 Residential Inventory Management and Practice. I also bring three years of experience in property inspections.
With this strong educational foundation, specialized certification, and hands-on experience, I'm ready to dive into the real estate industry and make a meaningful impact.
My current role is working as an independent Inventory Manager, I have picked up many skills such as making use of the inventory surveying system on modern technology, Handling information of properties in my portfolio management and independently working within properties and conduct surveys. I have professional relationships and links to estate agents and have been trained professionally by head inventory manager of Inspect Properties.
My most recent education is my bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Property Management, and I studied at Leeds Beckett University.
