My roles involves managing and maintaining our LogPoint SIEM/SOAR system as well as implementing new systems/devices/APIs to improve security coverage and designing playbooks for automated Incident Response. I was responsible for designing, integrating and documenting a new part of the security stack with MISP and Cortex.

My role involved supporting both staff and students with IT-related problems, whether to do with their physical devices, troubleshooting connection issues or account-related problems or support for newly-rolled-out software. I was also involved with helping the Desktop Experience team patch and update over 200 machines on campus with BIOS changes, software and OS upgrades.
