About

An experienced Health & Social Care Trainer and Learning & Development practitioner with over 20 years' experience across care, dementia services, autism training, mandatory training delivery and workforce development. Skilled in delivering engaging training programmes that meet regulatory standards (CQC, HSE, Equality Act) and support staff competence, confidence and professional growth. Known for an adaptive and inclusive training style, strong communication skills, and the ability to train diverse audiences—from new carers to senior staff—across health, social care and community settings.

Passionate about improving care quality through meaningful education, experiential learning and reflective practice. Aims to deliver all training content looking at the 6 stages of learning, to engage learners by adapting the training content to suit previous learning and not repeat yearly content by encouraging learners to show evidence of knowledge, understanding and working as a team to reinforce learning. Teaching self how to develop training content for Health and Social Care, whether this is PowerPoint content or tik tok, looking at what method of media is best and engaging.
