I have worked within the third sector since 2010 and have worked my way up to care co-coordinator with my current company.
I am hard working and keen to update my knowledge and to keep learning. I am passionate about training the future generations of care staff and keeping current staffs skills relevant and up to date. I have undertaken a 5 day Liaison Worker course which has given me the tools to carry out competent risk assessments and coach staff on how to do this, it has also taught me how to mentor staff in safe manual handling techniques. I am currently working towards my Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET/PTLLS).
