My name is Ashleigh, I have a huge eye for beauty, fashion and keeping up with the latest style and trends, with this I am a quirky (cool, well I think so anyway!) trendy girl. I pay close attention to detail and love to elevate one’s look with something unique. I have had an absolute love for makeup and skin care ever since I was a teeny girl, I am loving the 90s look so far, gorgeous Smokey browns with a lovely base to compliment the eyes or a bold lip.
I am currently working at Armani Beauty in Selfridges, here I am used to working with the luxury clientele and have a varied list of VIP clients I have built up with the time I have worked here. At Armani I’m used to sitting customers down and spending a lot of time with them giving them a full luxury service. A typical service at Armani includes a skin consultation to understand the customers needs for their skin type and what makeup is best suited for them, then onto a complimentary Armani glow service which consists of a beautiful glowing base makeup using primer, foundation, concealer and blush and/or bronzer.
This is then the perfect opportunity to upsell to a service which includes eyes and a lip which is redeemable with products they’d like to buy at the end of the service. I then like to tie in a quick fragrance consultation showing our hero fragrances and then to the customers wants extending that fragrance consultation to a prive (which is our niche fragrance range) to show them the more luxurious side of Armani beauty.
As you can see from my current role I love to spend time with my customers and really get an understanding of what they’re wanting from Armani Beauty.
In my role as a Beauty Advisor at Armani Beauty, I was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients find the right products for their beauty needs. My key responsibilities included:
Customer Engagement: Assisting customers with personalized beauty consultations, providing expert advice on makeup routines, skincare regimens, and application techniques to enhance their overall experience.
Product Knowledge: Leveraging an in-depth understanding of Armani Beauty's product line to make tailored recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Focus: Consistently driving sales by cross-selling and up-selling complementary products, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing KPIs
Brand Ambassador: Representing the Armani Beauty brand with professionalism and passion, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards and luxury experience associated with the brand.
This role required a combination of excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a results-driven approach to meet both customer and company goals.

Unfortunately I don’t have education in the makeup or skin sector. However, I have over 2 years beauty experience working closely with a variety of different management, customers, colleagues and clientele. Working with different makeup brands has allowed me to expand my knowledge of makeup and skin care.
