- Loading and unloading deliveries and general maintanece of electric stacker
- Handling raw material, working from a formaulation/batch sheet to manufacture finish products
- Oversea trade orders and communication with customers
- Cleaning all equipment/powder mixing room to a high standard
- Full training on new members of staff

- Mananging the production staff to make sure everthing runs efficiently and smoothly
- Full traing of all new members of staff
- Quality control
- Inputting spread sheets/quality performance
- Working with the production team to make sure all targets are completed effectively
- Management meeting to discuss forecast orders for the upcoming year
Assistant Supervisor - Orchard Toys

- Working along side with the supervisor to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Leading the team in the supervisors absent
- Providing any input to improve productivity
- Passing all information accross to the supervisor
- Booking out pallets/wrapping them to store in the correct area

- Making sure all members of the production team have work on their tables at all times
- Booking out pallets/wrapping them to store in the correct area
- Filling and emptying of the cardboard baller
- Replenishing of any low stock
