I start early in the morning and collect my round, count the papers and make sure I have the correct quantity and follow the app and delivery the right paper to the correct address and follow any delivery instructions if any. If there is any new customers I have to check on the map to find the best route.

My duties at amazon flex is to collect my parcels and load my car, scan and count my parcels and make sure none are damaged, follow my route and be polite to customers.

My daily tasks include, managing staffing levels and sickness, making sure staff are meeting daily targets set by the company, stock checking and ordering, running and managing the shop on a daily basis due to the company not having a manager at the moment. Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone, dealing with any complaints or queries that the customers have, looking after existing and potentially new customers to the best of my ability and delivering very high standards of customer service.

I started my role as a sales advisor but quickly progressed to sales manager. My role as sales manager included, dealing with any customer complaints, managing staff and sickness levels, report writing for higher management, running the shop and sales department, contacting potential new customers, meeting daily sales targets, looking after big accounts on a 1-1 basis, carrying out staff disciplinarians and performance development reviews, interviewing potential new staff, money handling, liaising with higher management, responding to queries via email and dealing with any staff issues internally. My role as a sales advisor included, hitting daily sales targets, managing my own time, speaking with new and existing customers, hitting inbound and outbound call statistics and following company procedures at all times.

Parts Advisor at EBC Motor (2010 – 2013)

My job at EBC included, dealing with customers over the phone and face to face, ordering new stock and checking stock availability for customers, delivering stock to customers, manage the drivers routes, opening and closing the shop on my own and making number plates. Again this was a very fast pace role and I had to work under a lot of pressure at times due to customer demand for our products.

My job role included, fitting tyres, breaks, exhausts and batteries. Handling cash, dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone and checking and ordering new stock.

My role included a variety of jobs, such as, tyre fitting, exhaust fitting, fitting breaks, working on car suspension, carrying out light services for example, oil and filter changers, changing spark plugs and air filters. Checking and ordering new stock, up selling add-on products such as insurance and specific brand of tyres, dealing with customers face to face and also on the phone and money handling. Due to the customer demand, I am used to working at a very fast pace and under pressure.
