A Degree educated self-starter with extensive Customer Care experience and 10 years in Community Facilities Management. Equipped with a host of transferable skills and experiences that are advantageous to SLA management, compliance, administration, maintenance, front-of-house and customer care.
I have over 10 years of experience in Community Facilities Management with one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. Primary responsibilities included liaising with commercial contractors/suppliers for planned and reactive maintenance and co-ordinating compliance visits such as Fire Safety, Legionella Testing and EIC Reports.
I worked closely with all contractors to ensure that all regulations were met and where required, raised the appropriate responsive works.
The role provided a great deal of opportunity to build relationships with key contractors and permitted me the opportunity to gain essential transferable skills in customer-facing care, decision making, problem solving and pre-emptive maintenance.
I hold a UK driving license, am proficient in all Microsoft programmes and have routinely picked up new software quickly through a hands-on approach. I am familiar with having to manage my own workload and as a resident of Kensington & Chelsea, I am entitled to residents parking throughout the borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Currently, I am working towards a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety whilst also freelance writing for a global events company. I am keen to enter the compliance sector where career building objectives can be obtained and would welcome any opportunity to explore further accredited study or on-the-job training
