To whom it may concern,
I am excited to start on my first steps toward by careen change. With my experience as an Executive Assistant, I believe I can bring a unique set of skills and knowledge that will enable me to excel in a paralegal role/ trainee.
As an Executive Assistant, I have honed my skills as an efficient communicator, which has enabled me to serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, and planning. I am adept at serving as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries, and developing action plans to address them. I have also assisted with the preparation and dissemination of communication, ensuring that it is delivered effectively and efficiently.
My experience has also taught me to be a dynamic solution finder, always working behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought up to the Executive team. I am an organised individual who can define, plan, and drive the agenda for the leadership team, balancing strategy, business, and culture topics.
Furthermore, my experience in leading annual strategic planning meetings and creating and updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators has given me a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership. I have also learned to build bridges, not barriers, and I am a self-starter who is comfortable managing changing needs, competing priorities, and the pressure to react accordingly.
As a Paralegal/ trainee, I am excited to bring my skills and experience to the legal industry. I am eager to learn from experienced solicitors and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
