Well-disciplined, eager to learn graduate with a BSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Currently rounding up a MS.c program in International Business and Management at De Montfort University. I worked in the Human resource department of a private firm, Sterling and Princewill Ltd for two years and also the Human resource department of The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria(International wing) for a year During my time there, I was able to gather a lot of experience in the practical application of human resource practices from recruitment, selection, training, development as well as rewards and benefits thereby helping in the selection of better suiting applicants.
I also worked as a personal assistant to the Director Innovation consulting and Entrepreneurship where I was able to improve his general performance and help me meet more targets over the short period I spent there.
Over the course of my professional journey, I can say that i have maintained a continuous upward progression and I intend to carry this trend in whatever work space I find myself.
In my free time I tend to unwind by watching and playing football, photography and exercising.
I possess a substantial number of years worth of experience in the HR field and along the course of my professional career, I have amassed a number of transferrable skills from inter to intra-personal, time management skills, organisational skills, confidentiality, communication skills etc. I am easy going, I will bring nothing less than positive energy the work environment and very much a fast learner.
