I put 100% into any task I’m given, whether it’s big or small and I’m always looking at opportunities to do better. I have worked since I was 16 so I am used to balancing my time wisely, between education and work. And with 2 years retail experience i am more than comfortable engaging with customers and exceeding company standards.
I worked as a sales advisor in the lfc shop in town for 2 years. My role revolved around being part of a team on the shop floor mostly serving customers on the tills, upselling products and ensuring standards on the floor were updated constantly. The job was heavily customer based, which allowed me to develop my communication skills and form an attitude of prioritising customer needs. As LFC is such an internationally recognised brand, footfall in the shop was heavy so I’m used to dealing with a fast paced environment
I am currently studying law at edge hill university and got a set of qualifications (a levels and GCSES) behind me.
