I Recently graduated University with a First in computer science and Cyber security. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to computer-based tasks and communicating with customers. I believe I can adapt to situations quickly to resolve them. I have experience when it comes to data management in other roles I have worked in. For this job most of my tasks are based around being organised and making sure that I manage my time well, as well as to offer a good experience for the customer.

IT Technician / Operations Support at The M.O.T Centre (2022-02 – 2022-09)

My responsibility's consisted of tasks given to me while the manager was away, leaving me in charge of the day-to-day operations.

• Diagnosed and fixed hardware and software issues they might have had with the car diagnostic tool and other equipment.
• Communicated to customers about issues that the mechanic has found and translated the technical issues to plain language.
• Organised the files while the owner was away such as keeping logs of cars, sales, wages and payment.
• Communicated with our suppliers to make sure parts were ordered and that they would arrive on time.
