To provide a safe and reliable, plant operation with minimum down time. I was involved to carry out Routine PMs and CMs thru a team of supervisors & technicians, at 03 lines of poly propylene units. This also includes maintenance overhauling of M/s Coperion-Extruder & Pelletizer machines with M/s RENK & Flender-Gearboxes. M/s Zeppelin Rotary Feeders, M/s Burckhardt reciprocating compressors, M/s Hofer (Neuman Esser) N2 high pressure Diaphragm compressor, M/s AERZEN - Pellet conveying Screw compressors, M/s Sundyne-Recycle Gas (Centrifugal) Compressor and multiple centrifugal pumps including Brayen and Lobb (SPX) Catalyst pumps.

Team Lead Maintenance – OQ Sohar Refinery at OQ Refineries & Petroleum Industries Company (OQ RPI & P) (2015-10 – 2023-04)

My core activities were to provide safe & reliable maintenance services for a reliable plant operation with a minimum downtime. I was involved in Routine PMs and CMs activities thru a team of supervisors & technicians. This Refinery processes heavy crude oil, & its units include CDU, VDU, DCU, HCU, ISOM, HGU and SRU.

Also, involved for the same refinery’s construction and commission / startup support. Major activities include HGU Steam Reformer Catalyst tubes and convection steam coil replacement. DCU coke drum skirt’s external crack repairs, coke furnace coils’ periodic pigging activity.

CDU furnaces Radiant & Convention tubes replacement, HCU reactor catalyst replacement. Uty Boiler firebox burner modification & internal refractory repair.

Joined FFC-BQ as trainee engineer and remained involved in its construction and commission supervision support.
