• Perform end-to-end recruitment for Administration and Clerical professionals for assigned vacancies by the trust.
• Compose, publish Adverts on multiple platforms, screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the criteria.
• Build new relationships and drive business development with external clients through site visits, sales database, meetings and events.
• Liaise with clients at all times to identify their recruitment needs, enhance relationships and maximize business opportunities.
