I am a contract & procurement professional with 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, having a proven track record of leveraging my skills to drive a strategic and results-oriented end-to-end contract management with proven record of accomplishment in project management for multimillion-dollar projects for Energy Companies like Total Energies and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). I have managed projects contract processes valued between S$12million and US$240 million (EPC - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, Turnkey, Lump sum, Unit rate Contracts, etc.). My role involves preparing and administering contract source selection strategies, bid solicitations, evaluation of strategic agreements negotiation, supplier performance management, resolution of dispute claims, risk assessment and mitigation from the pre-award to post award until close out in compliance with industry best practice.
I have worked closely as a lead and committed team member in multidiscipline cross-functional Project teams as well as with contractors, and ensured projects are delivered safely, by implementing innovative contract strategies to support business growth and made valuable contributions, ensuring that negotiating strategies for agreements are driven proactively to deliver Projects. Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts, and mitigate risks while ensuring full compliance to regulatory requirement with minimum cost and Schedule impact and overall sustainability goals.
