I work primarily one-to-one at home with clients, especially those between 40 and 90. I'm happy to be in the gym too—I love that environment—but I prioritise outdoor training whenever possible. There's something powerful about connecting with nature while building strength.
I'm known for being patient and compassionate, but also direct and confident. I won't let you give up, and I won't push you before you're ready. I meet you where you are, but I also hold you accountable to where you're going.
