- Sending RFQ, Screening of quotations, expediting with suppliers to get Quotation on time
- Coordinate with Purchase team for Sales negotiation and supply chain negotiation for a major orders and Rate contracts from major clients
- Study in detailed customer specifications & offer suitable product solution along with documents like price offer, data sheets, deviation list
- Adherence to accurate costing / Zero errors in techno commercial offer preparation and circulation of Price list (ISO Document) of valves with add on variants
- Review and evaluate customer enquiries and technical specification and preparation of technical and commercial offers
- Interdepartmental and supplier interaction to generate information for the preparation of offer and respond to client clarification
- Technical details preparation, selection, sizing and pricing of Valves & actuators that comply to customer requirements
- Provides customer support by responding to request including technical clarification for quotations with detailed analysis of client requirements & products
- Working with purchase, engineering, Sales & production staff to understand product design & configuration, and thereby satisfy the current requirements of our customers to formulate quotation for the sales staff and our customers
- Attend technical discussion meetings with customer for proper and optimistic offer submission
