Poole Lighting Ltd is part of the National Lighting Company Ltd group, the largest provider of domestic lighting to UK and international retailers, including Dunelm, John Lewis, Kingfisher plc and Laura Ashley. Until October 2018, I worked as the Technical Administrator within the New Product Implementation team. Then following restructuring, I became the Product Administrator within Product Team. My duties included:

• Completing and maintaining accurate product specifications in the company database: using technical drawings to create all relevant product labelling and instruction manuals whilst adhering to all customer, ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Issuing packaging information to suppliers in the Far East consistently on time to achieve on-time in full shipment of goods and checking with suppliers regarding the progression of mass production.
• Served as the primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding product specification queries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining effective communication throughout.
• Translating any relevant documentation from English into French and vice versa, including instruction manuals, business correspondence and marketing material.

Working on an archiving helpdesk for the client JPMorgan, my duties included:

• Taking order requests for deliveries/collections of archive boxes and dealing with customer enquiries, received by telephone and email.
• Using an in-house computer system, comprising of an order processing system and an inventory database.
• Uploading data into the inventory database to a high degree of accuracy for use by customers online.
• Educating customers on how to use the archiving service. Reviewing customers' entries online and advising them of how to correct any errors.
• Following JPMorgan's takeover of Bear Stearns, I was nominated for an internal customer service award for cross-referencing thousands of historical boxes with an original Bear Stearns database and uploading relevant data into the inventory database to help customers find them online.
