A final year veterinary physiotherapy student graduating in September 2026. I have completed 4 years of study to pursue a career in something I am hugely passionate about. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work within the veterinary profession.

Having experience owning my own horse, dogs and cats all my life. Experienced in canine and equine rehabilitation through a year-long industry placement, veterinary practice experience and working with both dogs and horses. Confident in assessment, safe handling, owner communication and clinical reasoning.

Particularly interested in canine hydrotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation. I am truly dedicated to becoming the best practitioner I can be.

Industry Placement - AG Veterinary Physiotherapy

Successfully completed a year-long industry placement at a busy veterinary physiotherapy practice, where I acquired valuable clinical experience in both canine and equine rehabilitation and performance cases while observing and shadowing highly skilled practitioners.

• Conducted comprehensive assessments, including dynamic, static, palpation, and range of motion evaluations.
• Assisted in implementing rehabilitation plans into action for orthopaedic, neurological, and performance-related cases.
• Aided in the prescription of remedial exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy treatments.
• Gained hands-on experience with laser therapy (CLASS 4, 3B), Ultrasound, NMES, WINBACK.
• Documented patient progress meticulously and ensured the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date clinical records within SHARC.
• Composed detailed vet letters to ensure effective, multidisciplinary communication.
• Clearly communicated home exercise recommendations and exercise plans to owners.
• Developed professional communication skills with owners and the multidisciplinary team.
• Assisted in the daily operations of the underwater treadmill as well as maintenance.
• Experienced a varied clientele of 5-star eventers, PSG-level dressage, Agility dogs, Gun working dogs and many more.

• Gained confidence in working professionally both within a team and with clients.

Livery Yard Worker - Sladd Barn Livery Stables

Currently work at a livery yard, where I have done so for the past 4 years, handling and caring for a diverse range of horses, from green youngsters, horses competing in various disciplines, to those that have retired.
